The short version. This Site is informational only. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to sell. A binding agreement to transfer the Online.TV domain arises only when both parties sign a written purchase and sale agreement and fund a regulated escrow.

12. Governing law and venue

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
