1. Who we are
This website is published at https://online.tv/ (the "Site") by the registrant of the Online.TV domain (the "Owner", "we", "us"). The Site is operated for the limited purpose of facilitating a private acquisition of the domain name Online.TV. For data-protection inquiries, contact offers@online.tv.
2. What this Site collects
The Site itself collects the minimum data necessary to operate:
- Server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) — IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL — kept for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting purposes.
- No cookies are set by this Site for analytics, advertising, or personalization.
- No third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok, etc.) are present on this Site.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; this entails a request to Google's servers and may transmit your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.
3. Information you send us
If you submit the offer form on this Site, the form does not transmit data over the network. Instead, it composes a mailto: message in your default email client. You then send that email yourself, through your own email provider, to offers@online.tv. We receive only the contents of the email you send.
If you email us directly at offers@online.tv, we receive the contents of your message and your email address.
4. How we use the information
- To reply to your offer, inquiry, or correspondence.
- To perform commercially reasonable due diligence on serious offers (entity verification, source-of-funds confirmation through escrow).
- To fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. If you are outside the United States, your data may be processed in or transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Retention
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period (typically 30–90 days). Email correspondence is retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document the inquiry, or as required by law.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, behind Cloudflare. Email is delivered over TLS where supported. While no system is perfectly secure, we maintain commercially reasonable safeguards. Vulnerability reports: see /.well-known/security.txt.
11. Children
This Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
